Our family runs more than just the holiday apartments: just a two-minute walk from your apartment you will find our traditional sailors’ pub Alt Norderney, known on the island as “Bei Fidi”. Dark wood, brass, a deep-sea diving helmet as the beer tap and freshly drawn beer – islanders and visitors have been meeting here for decades. Open daily from 6 pm (seasonal variations possible).

Frequently asked questions from our guests

You can arrive at any time and leave your luggage with us. Your apartment will be ready by 4 pm at the latest, usually earlier. You will receive your front-door key as a digital code, all arrival information and a message letting you know when your apartment is ready straight to your phone. So a late check-in in the evening is no problem at all.

No, we are unable to offer a parking space directly at the house. The island’s public car parks are about 5 to 10 minutes away. Many guests park on the mainland in Norddeich and come without a car – on Norderney everything is within walking or cycling distance.

Yes, in the apartments Nord and Süd and in the Kapitäns Loft. We charge €10 per night for dogs. No pets are allowed in any of the other apartments – not even small or non-shedding dogs – which makes them suitable for allergy sufferers. Note for returning guests: the former “Kapitäns Koje” now belongs to the Large 2-Room Apartment category, and dogs are no longer allowed there.

Children up to 12 stay free in their parents’ apartment. For older children and any additional guests above the standard occupancy, a surcharge per night applies, which is shown in the booking system.
